Refund Policy

Order Cancellation and Modification

If you need to modify or cancel your order, act quickly! Orders can be canceled only before they are shipped. Contact us within 12 hours of payment to request changes or cancellations. Please note that once the packaging and shipping process begins, cancellations are no longer possible.

A processing fee of 6.9% + $1 will be deducted from refunds for canceled orders.

Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. Refunds may be requested under the following conditions:

  • Late Delivery: If your order does not arrive within the guaranteed time frame of 45 business days (excluding processing time).
  • Wrong or Damaged Products: If you receive the incorrect item or if your product arrives damaged, you may request a refund, replacement, or exchange.

To expedite your request, please provide the following:

  • Photos and videos of the defective or incorrect items.
  • Your order number and name.

Note: Shipping fees for exchanges due to defective or incorrect products will be covered by us.

For returns due to a change in purchasing decision:

  • Send your request, along with order details, to service@topstussywear.com.
  • Ensure the items are unused and in their original packaging.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, determined by their chosen carrier.
  • Refunds will be processed once we verify the condition of the returned items.

Return Requirements

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase or 14 days after delivery.
  • Items must be in their original condition, including all parts and packaging.
  • All returns must be sent with prepaid shipping.

For size-related returns, customers are responsible for both outbound and return shipping costs.

Exclusions from Refunds

Refunds or replacements will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Orders that fail to arrive due to incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.
  • Delays caused by exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g., customs issues, natural disasters).
  • Incorrect size selection for items such as shoes, hoodies, t-shirts, or sweatshirts.
  • Electronic items.
  • Packages marked as delivered but reported as lost or stolen.

Return Policy

To request a return, email us at service@topstussywear.com with your order details and reason for return. Returns must meet these conditions:

  • Items must be unused and in new condition.
  • Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
  • Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return.

Once the returned items are inspected, we will process your refund promptly.

Exchange Policy

  • If items are undelivered due to carrier errors, we will send replacements at no extra cost.
  • If delivery issues arise due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer, replacement costs will be the customer’s responsibility.

Delivery Failures

If a delivery fails, we will contact you as soon as possible. Failure to respond promptly may result in the package being destroyed, for which we cannot be held responsible.

  • For all returns, refunds, or exchanges, prior approval via service@topstussywear.com is required.
  • International shipping may involve additional expenses and customs fees. Verify your cart and shipping details carefully to minimize costs for cancellations or returns.
